titleOfInvention Lime-process-based flue gas desulfurization equipment with efficient side-filtering water treatment
abstract The utility model relates to lime-process-based flue gas desulfurization equipment with efficient side-filtered water treatment. The desulfurization equipment comprises an absorption tower, a side-filtering sloping plate sedimentation tank, an aeration circulating pool, a PH regulating tank, a lime dosing tank, a rotary drum vacuum filter, a vacuum tank, a PAC (Poly Aluminium Chloride) dosing pool, a PAM (Polyacrylamide) dosing pool, a vacuum pump, an aeration fan, a desulfurization circulating pump, a lime feed bin and a sedimentation tank dredge pump. The bottom of the absorption tower is respectively communicated with the aeration circulating pool and the side-filtering sloping plate sedimentation tank. The aeration circulating pool and the side-filtering sloping plate sedimentation tank are communicated with the PH regulating tank respectively; and the PH regulating tank is provided with the circulating pump leading to the upper part of the absorption tower. The lime-process-based flue gas desulfurization equipment with the efficient side-filtered water treatment is characterized in that firstly, slurry well regulated in PH is pumped into the absorption tower for reacting with flue gas; and after the reaction, part of the slurry enters the side-filtering water treatment equipment to be treated, while dregs are transported outside and clear liquid flows into the PH regulating pool, and the rest slurry enters the aeration circulating pool and then overflows into the PH regulating pool to be recycled after being stirred and aerated.
