titleOfInvention | Basic nitrogen removing device of fish meal |
abstract | The utility model provides a basic nitrogen removing device of fish meal, comprising a pre-removing layer, a countercurrent detoxication layer, a steam detoxication layer, and a finished screw conveyer. The basic nitrogen removing device of fish meal is characterized in that the pre-removing layer comprises a free gas outlet, a viewing port and a feed inlet; the countercurrent detoxication layer comprises a feed opening, a steam inlet and a gas outlet; the steam detoxication layer comprises a blanking screw conveyer, a discharge hole, a dry steam outlet, a hand hole and a water outlet. The pre-removing layer is fixed to the upper parts of a plurality of countercurrent detoxication layers. The countercurrent detoxication layer is fixedly disposed between the pre-removing layer and a plurality of steam detoxication layers. The finished screw conveyer is fixed to the ground and is disposed below the steam detoxication layer. The basic nitrogen removing device of fish meal is advantageous in that histamine and amino nigrogen content are reduced within the process index by means of steam, and thereby the hygienic safety standard of fish protein products can be achieved. |
