The double-chamber differential strength aeration nitrifying microbial fuel cell is characterized in that a proton exchange membrane is arranged between an anode chamber and a cathode chamber, wherein the anode chamber is filled with anolyte and is divided into a first aeration region and a first reaction region through a first baffle plate, and the first reaction region is provided with a nitrifying bacteria membrane pre-formation anode; and the cathode chamber is filled with catholyte and is divided into a second aeration region and a second reaction region through a section baffle plate, the section reaction region is provided with a Pt-loaded cathode; micropore aeration pipes are arranged at the bottoms of the first aeration region and the second aeration region, sealing covers and conducing wire fixing pipes are arranged on the tops of the first aeration region and the second aeration region, and the sealing covers are in tight coupling by silica gel gaskets and flanges.
