Premixed alkaline medicine liquid is added to boiler flushing water and added to a flushing water pipeline through the diaphragm metering pump, and alkaline which continuously supplied to the flushing boiler is guaranteed. The PH value of the flushing alkaline is regulated to PH10-12 so that acidic substances in slags of the boiler can be neutralized and the acidic corrosion phenomenon during cleaning of the boiler is avoided.
