titleOfInvention Waste gas treatment system for ammonia-containing acidic gas
abstract The utility model provides a waste gas treatment system for ammonia-containing acidic gas. The waste gas treatment system comprises an acidic gas pickling and ammonia removal unit, an ammonia removal acidic gas thermal oxidation unit and a catalytic oxidation acid making unit as well as a mother liquid vacuum evaporation unit, wherein sulfuric acid in the acidic gas pickling and ammonia removal unit is used for being in contact with the ammonia-containing acidic gas so as to remove ammonia and generate an ammonium sulfate solution and deamination acidic gas containing hydrogen sulfide and water; the mother liquid vacuum evaporation unit is used for receiving and concentrating the ammonium sulfate solution generated by the acidic gas pickling and ammonia removal unit and pumping out and sending the hydrogen sulfide dissolved in the ammonium sulfate solution to the ammonia removal acidic gas thermal oxidation unit; the ammonia removal acidic gas thermal oxidation unit is used for receiving the deamination acidic gas, tail gas containing the hydrogen sulfide from the mother liquid vacuum evaporation unit and carrying out thermal oxidation on the deamination acidic gas and the tail gas to generate waste gas containing SO2 and water vapor; and the catalytic oxidation acid making unit is used for receiving waste gas, carrying out catalytic oxidation on the waste gas to form SO3 and sulfuric acid which is supplied to the acidic gas pickling and ammonia removal unit.
