titleOfInvention | Degreasant defoaming system |
abstract | The utility model discloses a degreasant defoaming system which comprises a defoaming agent tank body, a rinse tank below the defoaming agent tank, and a liquid supply pipeline communicated with the defoaming agent tank body and the rinse tank, wherein a spraying beam is connected with one end of the liquid supply pipeline, stretching into the rinse tank, and is arranged inside the rinse tank. According to the degreasant defoaming system, the deforming agent tank is arranged above the rinse tank inside a workshop; the defoaming agent tank body with the defoaming agent is communicated with the resin tank through the liquid supply pipeline; under the condition that no transmission equipment is added, liquid backflow is formed through the self-weight of the defoaming agent; and when the backflow liquid passes through the spraying beam with small holes, spraying is formed, so that the defoaming treatment is realized, the problem that degreasing fluid overflows is solved, the consumption on the degreasing fluid is reduced, and the production cost is saved. |
