titleOfInvention Rapid detection card for carbendazim
abstract The utility model discloses a rapid detection card for carbendazim, and belongs to the technical field of carbendazim detection. A testing strip is arranged in a housing of the rapid detection card for the carbendazim, and is formed by sequentially pasting a sample cushion, a colloidal gold (or an emulsion particle) membrane, a nitrocellulose membrane and a water absorption membrane on a bearing back plate; the colloidal gold (or the emulsion particle) membrane is a glass fiber membrane containing a carbendazim-resistant antibody colloidal gold (or emulsion particle) marker; the nitrocellulose membrane is provided with two detection straps transversely; one is a detection strap containing a carbendazim protein conjugate; and the other one is a quality control strap containing a rabbit-resistant antibody or a mouse-resistant antibody. The rapid detection card has the advantages that the rapid detection card applies an immunological method to detect the residual quantity of the carbendazim in samples of vegetable and fruit such as rice, wheat, cucumbers, apples and pears directly. The rapid detection card for the carbendazim is easy to fabricate, convenient and rapid to use, and accurate in result.
