The detection device for plant blade three-dimensional light distribution and method can carry out a single three-dimensional distribution diffuse reflection test to the sample, can carry out a single three-dimensional distribution transmission test to the sample, and can simultaneously carry out the three-dimensional distribution reflection test and the transmission test to the sample, thereby solving a problem of an existing instrument that the reflection and the transmission tests cannot be simultaneously carried out.
