titleOfInvention LED (light-emitting diode) packaging structure
abstract The utility model discloses an LED (light-emitting diode) packaging structure comprising an insulating layer, an LED chip, a reflection cup, a fluorescent adhesive layer and electrode slices, wherein the electrode slices comprise a positive electrode slice and a negative electrode slice which are fixed on the upper surface of the insulating layer; the reflection cup is arranged on the insulating layer; the LED chip is installed on the bottom of the reflection cup and is coated with the fluorescent adhesive layer; a positive pin and a negative pin of the LED chip extend out of the fluorescent adhesive layer and are connected with the positive electrode slice and the negative electrode slice; the rim and the bottom of the reflection cup are oval-shaped. By virtue of the oval-shaped reflection cup, red, green and blue (R/G/B) light distribution curves can be combined, so that LED lamp light is full, and light spots and light shapes are also improved.
