titleOfInvention Lip seal assembly provided with supporting spring at lip port
abstract The utility model relates to a lip seal assembly provided with a supporting spring at a lip port. The lip seal assembly comprises a lip seal ring which is composed of an upper lip part, a lower lip part and a shoulder part, wherein the tail ends of the upper lip part and the lower lip part, and the shoulder part are integrally processed into a whole; the upper lip part, the lower lip part and the shoulder part form an annular lip port with a C-shaped section; an annular supporting spring is arranged in the lip-shaped lip port; a check ring comprises an annular framework which is externally wrapped with rubber; and an assembling groove for installing the check ring is positioned at one end of a contact seal surface of a bearing side of the shoulder part. According to the lip seal assembly provided with the supporting spring at the lip port, the supporting spring is arranged in the annular lip port, the counterforce of the supporting spring supports the upper lip part and/or the lower lip part while the seal ring is stressed, and thus the pressure resistance of the lip seal ring can be effectively improved; the check ring and the lip seal ring are matched for use, so that the shoulder part of the lip-type seal ring can be effectively prevented from being extruded from a clearance in the seal surface under the tension effect.
