titleOfInvention Sealing structure for inlet of float glass forming tin bath
abstract The utility model belongs to production equipment for float glass, and discloses a sealing structure for the inlet of a float glass forming tin bath. The sealing structure mainly comprises a flowing passage cover plate (1), a sealing steel plate (2), a tin bath sealing cover front-end steel plate (4), a flowing passage breast wall (5), a tin bath inlet N2 gas-sealing bag (6) and a tin bath inlet partition wall (3), wherein the boss of the flowing passage cover plate (1) is lapped with the convex step of the tin bath inlet partition wall (3) with a staggered joint; a straight groove is formed in the upper surface of the flowing passage cover plate (1); and the lower end of the sealing steel plate (2) is located in the straight groove of the flowing passage cover plate (1), and the upper end of the sealing steel plate (2) is welded on the tin bath sealing cover front-end steel plate (4). According to the sealing structure disclosed by the utility model, the occurrences of the previous phenomena of burning at a connected straight joint, serious ablation, the attachment of stannic oxide ash and other impurities, and the influence on the quality of glass due to the falling of the stannic oxide ash and other impurities on the surface of the glass are avoided; and the air tightness of the flowing passage part and the inlet of the tin bath are enhanced.
