titleOfInvention Simulation test device for ex-situ remediation of contaminated soil by liquid preparations
abstract The utility model discloses a simulation test device for ex-situ remediation of contaminated soil by liquid preparations. The simulation test device comprises a liquid preparation conveying unit, a crushing-mixing and liquid preparation spraying unit and a matched closed mixing container unit. The liquid preparation conveying unit comprises a solution storage pool, an anticorrosion peristaltic pump, a liquid meter and a liquid conveying pipeline; the crushing-mixing and liquid preparation spraying unit comprises a speed adjustment motor, a motor rotation speed controller, a motor shaft, a transmission mechanism, a bearing, a bracket and a hollow crushing mixing shaft with a plurality of hammer blades and spray holes; and the matched closed mixing container unit comprises a split type container and a lifting base. The simulation test device can fully mix the liquid preparations and the soil on the premise of keeping low soil moisture content by further crushing the soil, and prevents the deviation of test results caused by high soil moisture content and low oxidation-reduction potential; and the system stays in a closed state and no dust is generated during a contaminated soil remediation simulation test.
