titleOfInvention | V-shaped spring-type headset jack |
abstract | The utility model discloses a V-shaped spring-type headset jack, comprising a housing and a spring. The housing is provided with a headset jack. The spring is in a V shaped and is disposed in the housing. The spring comprises a rear fixed plate, a front movable plate and a pin. The front movable plate which is connected with an end of the rear fixed plate and forms an angle with the rear fixed plate is formed on a middle part of the rear fixed plate in a stamping manner. The front movable plate 3 exposes out of a hole wall of the jack. The rear fixed plate is fixedly connected with the pin which extends out of the housing. The housing is designed with a clamp platform which is matched with a lower part of the front movable plate and is used to clamp. The front movable plate is formed on the spring by stamping a metal plate. Functions of a conventional U-shaped spring are achieved, and metal consumption of the spring is greatly saved, so that cost is effectively reduced while normal use of the headset is enabled. |
