titleOfInvention Blowing-in device of garbage low-nitrogen and low-dioxin fire grate incinerator
abstract The utility model discloses a blowing-in device of a garbage low-nitrogen and low-dioxin fire grate incinerator. The blowing-in device comprises a first channel and an incineration hearth arranged at the bottom of the first channel; a first channel ceiling is arranged at the top end of the first channel; four layers of blow-in assemblies are arranged on a peripheral wall of the first channel, the distances between the four layers of blow-in assemblies are one fifth that of the height of the first channel; the four layers of blow-in assemblies comprises a second blow-in assembly, a third blow-in assembly, a fourth blow-in assembly and a fifth blow-in assembly from bottom to top in sequence; blow-in nozzles of the four layers of blow-in assemblies are inclined downwards and inject airflow so that flue gas is forced to rise in a curved mode in the first channel; compared with flue gas which rises without resistance, the flue gas which rises in the curved mode takes longer time to rise in the first channel; the flue gas which stays for a longer time creates conditions for pollutants including dioxin and furan and the like staying for more than 2 seconds at the temperature of above 850 DEG C, so that the vast majority of the dioxin can be burned down, emission of the pollutants can be reduced, combustion efficiency is improved, and operation cost of garbage processing is reduced.
