The small hollow aluminum oxide balls serve as the bed material of the circulating fluidized bed incinerator, so that the critical fluidizing air speed of a circulating fluidized bed is reduced, the fluidizing air quantity is reduced, the electricity consumption of the fluidizing fan is reduced, meanwhile, smoke evacuation heat loss of the incinerator is correspondingly reduced, and the effect of saving energy is also achieved.
