abstract | The utility model discloses an air lift type optical, acoustic and magnetic control bioreactor. The air lift type optical, acoustic and magnetic control bioreactor comprises a tank body, a sound wave generating device which is arranged in the tank body, a magnetic field generator which is arranged on one side wall of the tank body, and an air blower device which is arranged at the bottom of the tank body, wherein a quartz glass tube which extends into the tank body is arranged on the top of the tank body; an LED (light-emitting diode) light-emitting stick is arranged in the quartz glass tube; an inoculation port is formed in the tank body; an air outlet pipeline is arranged on the top of the tank body; and a second air filter is arranged on the air outlet pipeline. Control factors such as magnetic fields, ultrasonic waves, audible sound waves and wavelength-controllable light sources are added to the bioreactor on the basis of a conventional fermentation tank, so that the production cycle is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved. |
