The sleeve comprises a tube body, a movable baffle, a connecting shaft, a seal ring and a coaxial locking switch, wherein first openings are formed in the bottom end face of the cylindrical tube body, and the bottom end of the lateral wall of the tube body is provided with second openings and lugs; the seal ring is sleeved outside the second opening; third openings are formed in the annular sector shaped movable baffle, and the outer edge of the movable baffle is contacted with the seal ring; the connecting shaft is positioned in the center of the tube body, the top end of the connecting shaft is connected with the coaxial locking switch, and the bottom end of the connecting shaft is provided with a polygonal part; edges of the polygonal part are in one-one correspondence with inner edges of the movable baffle; notches matched with angles of the polygonal part are formed in the inner edges of the movable baffle; and the coaxial locking switch is positioned on the upper surface of a flange. The utility model also provides the centrifugal container with the sleeve. The sleeve and the centrifugal container provided by the utility model are devices used for biological sample in-vitro treatment, which are convenient and practical, low in production cost, simple in production process, safe and non-toxic. |
