The reaction device consists of a guide plate, a smoke rectifier, a plurality of catalyst layers and corresponding fireproof wear-resistant layers, wherein the guide plate is arranged at the inlet of the reaction device, the smoke rectifier is arranged behind the guide plate, the plurality of catalyst layers are arranged behind the guide plate in sequence, and one corresponding fireproof wear-resistant layer is arranged in front of each layer of the catalyst layers. Compared with the prior art, the novel SCR denitration catalyst reaction device has the advantages that the denitration catalyst distribution mode is improved by utilizing an original SCR denitration device, and the smoke rectifier and the fireproof wear-resistant layers are additionally arranged, thereby effectively preventing the sintering and wear of the catalyst; and the first fireproof wear-resistant layer can effectively prevent the sintering and the wear of the catalyst, and the fireproof wear-resistant layers of the second layer and after the second layer can effectively prevent the wear of the catalyst. |
