titleOfInvention Stochastic optical reconstruction fluorescence microscopy
abstract The utility model discloses a stochastic optical reconstruction fluorescence microscopy which comprises an objective stage, a charge-coupled device, an objective lens close to the lower surface of the objective stage, a double optical filter layer, an activated light source producing module and an exciting light source producing module. The double optical filter layer is positioned under the objective stage and comprises two layers of electrical switched optical filter boxes. The activated light source producing module is used for producing activated light source, light source produced by the activated light source producing module is expanded in beam and focused, passes through a dichroscope of a first electrical optical filter box of the double optical filter layer and the objective lens and then illuminates on the surface of a sample on the objective stage. The exciting light produced by the exciting light source producing module is expanded in beam and focused, passes through a dichroscope of a second electrical optical filter box of the double optical filter layer and the objective lens and then illuminates on the surface of the sample on the objective stage. The stochastic optical reconstruction fluorescence microscopy improves distinguishability of the traditional fluorescence microscopy from optical diffraction limit (200nm) to nanoscale (20-50nm), and production cost is far lower than the cost of the existing commercial ultrahigh resolution microscope product.
