abstract | The utility model discloses a simple isopropanol gas detection device which is characterized in that a gas inlet tube (14) formed by merging two gas inlet tubes (1 and 2) passes through a drying tube (5) and then enters the bottom of a detection bottle (10); the upside of the detection bottle (10) is sealed by a rubber stopper (8); a quartz crystal sensor (6) and a gas outlet tube (9) are inserted into the rubber stopper (8); the quartz crystal sensor (6) is coated with a film coating material, namely calix [6] resorcinarene, which can absorb isopropanol gas molecules very sensitively and selectively through hydrogen-bond interaction; the quartz crystal sensor (6) is connected with an oscillating circuit (11); and the oscillating circuit (11) is driven by a direct current power supply (12) and connected with a frequency counter (13) to form a complete sensing detection return circuit. The device is simple and convenient to manufacture, can accurately and rapidly detect a concentration of isopropanol in an ambient atmosphere, and can be used for on-line monitoring. |
