abstract | The utility model discloses an in-vitro differential dissolution device for simulating the dissolution of drugs in vivo. The dissolution device comprises a drug dissolution tank; an inflow pipeline of the drug dissolution tank is connected with a pressure pump I; an outflow pipeline of the drug dissolution tank is respectively connected with a pressure pump II and an one-line detector; a filter tank is mounted at the end port of the outflow pipeline of the drug dissolution tank; a constant temperature heater is arranged outside the drug dissolution tank and the outflow pipeline of the drug dissolution tank; and a device capable of rocking the drug dissolution tank is arranged outside the drug dissolution tank. The dissolution device achieves the correlation between dissolution in vitro and dissolution in vivo of the drugs, and can be applicable to analog computation of the exposed quantity of the drugs in vivo as well as and standard enaction of new drug dissolution. |
