According to the centrifugal drier, a centrifugal rotating shaft is horizontal; and the differential turbine can be rotatably mounted at the centrifugal drier and rotates coaxially with the centrifugal drier. The centrifugal rotating shaft is arranged horizontally, so that the centrifugal drier can rotate stably. Therefore, a higher rotating speed can be achieved, i.e., the working efficiency is high. In addition, when the tartaric acid is discharged, the differential turbine can perform differential rotation relative to the centrifugal drier so as to discharge the tartaric acid, i.e., the full-automatic discharging of the tartaric acid is realized. As a result, the centrifugal drier is time-saving and labor-saving, high in working efficiency and low in cost.
