titleOfInvention External pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane
abstract The utility model relates to an external pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane which comprises a shell, wherein an end water collector and an end water distributor are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end in the interior of the shell, the end water collector and the end water distributor are connected through a connecting tube, a plurality of water inlet tubes are arranged at the bottom of the end water distributor, the end water collector and the end water distributor are respectively provided with a hollow tube body, a plurality of water distributing channels are uniformly distributed outside the hollow tube body, and hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane silk is filled in a sector area formed among two adjacent water distributing channels and the hollow tube body as well as the inner wall of the shell. The external pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane has the beneficial effects that the inner flow of the membrane is distributed uniformly, problems of channel generation and bundling of membranes are avoided, concentration polarization in a filtration process is lowered, membrane pollution is effectively controlled, and the property of the whole membrane is fully played; and the membrane has small possibilities of depositing pollutant and forming a 'gas block-up area', thus the filtration and washing cycle is greatly prolonged, and the service life of membrane components is prolonged.
