The system comprises a stirring machine, a plurality of pH value sensors, a first comparator and a stirring signal generating unit, wherein the stirring machine is arranged in the biogas digester and used for stirring biogas slurry in the biogas digester; the plurality of pH value sensors are dispersively arranged in different regions in the biogas digester and used for detecting pH values of biogas slurries in the different regions in the biogas digester; the first comparator is connected with the plurality of pH value sensors, used for comparing each two of the pH values detected by the plurality of pH value sensors and used for comparing a difference between any two pH values and a preset pH value difference; and the stirring signal generating unit is respectively connected with the stirring machine and the first comparator and used for generating a stirring signal when the difference between any two pH values exceeds the preset pH value difference and transmitting the stirring signal to the stirring machine. Compared with the prior art, the pH value control system of the biogas digester, disclosed by the utility model, has the advantages as follows: the biogas slurry can be stirred according to specific situations in the biogas digester, so that better flexibility is provided; the pH value in the biogas digester can be preferably controlled; and a situation of larger temperature differences between the different regions is avoided.
