abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a shaped body comprising a microporous material and at least one silicon-containing binder, the method comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a mixture comprising the microporous material, a binder, supplementary auxiliaries and a solvent ; II) mixing and compacting the mixture; III) shaping the compacted mixture to obtain a shaped body; IV) drying the shaped body; and V) calcining the dried shaped body. Silicone compounds are used as binders. The invention also relates to the shaped bodies which can be produced by this method, their use as catalysts in particular in organic synthesis, in particular in a process for the preparation of triethylenediamine (TEDA). |
