The invention relates to a novel amine compound represented by the following general formula (1), which is effective in HIV viral infectious diseases and diseases such as rheumatism or cancer metastasis. Typically, A1 and A2 each represents hydrogen or an optionally substituted, monocyclic or polycyclic, heteroaromatic ring and W represents an optionally substituted benzene ring or a group represented by the following (10) or (11), X represents oxygen, CH2, C(=O), NR11, or CHR35 and D represents a group represented by the following formula (6). In the formula (6), Q represents a single bond, NR12, or the formula (13): Y represents a group represented by the following formula (7): (wherein Z represents an optionally substituted, monocyclic or polycyclic aromatic ring), and B represents -NR25R26. In these formulae, R1 to R26 each represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl.
