titleOfInvention Substituted methanoyl alkyl phosphonate ester kind optical active isomer possessing herbicide activity and its preparation method
abstract The present invention relates to a substituted methanoyl hydrocarbyl phosphate isomer represented by the formula 5, which is optically active and comprises an R-type optically active body 5r and an S-type optically active body 5s. In the formula 5, R1 represents a c1-c4 alkyl; R2 represents an H atom or a c1-c3 alkyl; R3 represents CH2OCH3, benzyl, phenyl or substituted phenyl, phenoxy methyl or substituted phenoxy methyl, phenoxy ethyl or substituted phenoxy ethyl, thienyl or furyl, wherein the substituted group of the substituted phenyl is halogen, CF3, c1-c4 alkyl or alkoxy. The substituted methanoyl alkyl phosphonate ester kind optical active isomer 5r and 5s can be prepared by alpha-acyloxy alkenyl phosphonic acid 4 and bidentate phosphine rhodium 1s or 1r. The compound represented by the formula 5 significantly inhibits the growth of monocotyledons and dicotyledons and can be used as a herbicide.
