abstract |
The present disclosure relates to a method for rejuvenating and/or preventing DNA damage in the nucleus of a cell. The method generally includes: administering to cells a reagent having a vector containing a polynucleotide sequence encoding a peptide as shown in SEQ ID No.1 or SEQ ID No.2, the vector being used for intracellular expression the encoded peptide; and overexpressing the encoded peptide, wherein the overexpressed peptide forms one or more complexes in the cell capable of rejuvenating DNA in the nucleus and preventing DNA damage . |
