abstract |
The present invention describes apparatus, methods and systems for thick film pastes with a plurality of discrete frits. The paste can be applied to contact the crystalline silicon solar cell emitter surface. Each frit contains lead and tellurium. The multiple discrete frit pastes described have superior solar cell performance compared to a single frit paste made from the individual discrete frit materials that make up the multi-fret paste. |
