abstract | A preparation method of spherical cobalt oxalate particles belongs to the field of non-ferrous metal production. The present invention uses soluble cobalt salt solution and soluble oxalate solution as reactants, and adopts oxalate precipitation method to prepare cobalt oxalate powder. The preparation method does not use any additives and protective agents, and only strictly controls the [Co/ C 2 O 4 ] molar concentration ratio and temperature range, the spherical cobalt oxalate can be prepared. The molar concentration ratio of [Co/C 2 O 4 ] is (1.5~10): 1, or the molar concentration ratio of [Co/C 2 O 4 ] is (0.1~0.5): 1. Stir at 80°C After aging for a period of time, spherical cobalt oxalate powder is prepared. The cobalt oxalate particles produced by the invention are spherical. The shape of the cobalt powder obtained by thermal decomposition can meet the requirements of spherical shape of the cobalt powder in the cemented carbide, superhard tool industry and other industries. The method has strong adaptability and can be seamlessly connected with the existing cobalt oxalate precipitation process equipment, control, raw materials and other production lines without technical risks. |
