The invention discloses a uranium adsorption hydrogel material and a preparation method and application thereof. In the invention, 3,3'-diaminobenzidine, hexachlorotripolyphosphazene and triethylamine are dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, obtaining a solution; heating the solution to 125°C at 2-5°C/min in an inert gas atmosphere, and heating for 30-60 minutes to form a gel; naturally cooling the gel to room temperature, then washing and drying to obtain aerogel; The aerogel is then placed in water and heated to 60°C at 5-10°C/min, and then dried at a constant temperature for 10-20 minutes to obtain a uranium-adsorbing hydrogel material.
