abstract The invention relates to a chemiluminescence immunoassay kit for detecting the residual amount of recombinant carboxypeptidase B in insulin aspart, which is characterized in that it comprises: an enzyme label plate, recombinant carboxypeptidase B antibody, recombinant carboxypeptidase B Standard solution, diluent, and biotin-labeled recombinant carboxypeptidase B antibody, and streptavidin-biotin-enzyme conjugate or reagent combination for generating streptavidin-biotin-enzyme conjugates , and the chromogenic substrate of the enzyme in the streptavidin-biotin-enzyme conjugate; wherein, the diluent is a buffer containing 0.1-10 mg/mL recombinant human insulin. The present invention also relates to a method for detecting the residual amount of recombinant carboxypeptidase B in insulin aspart. The method of the invention eliminates the interference of the insulin aspart on the detection system, makes the detection result more accurate and reliable, and can accurately detect the residual amount of the recombinant carboxypeptidase B in the insulin aspart. The method has good repeatability and high accuracy, and can be used for product quality control of insulin aspart.
