abstract The invention discloses a composite scaffold for three-dimensional culture of stem cells, which is a composite scaffold formed by cross-linking a decellularized apple fruit with a pig liver decellularized matrix as a skeleton. The composite scaffold has few residual nuclei and tissue DNA, high content of collagen fibers and cellulose, high porosity and water absorption, and no cytotoxicity. It is an ideal scaffold material, which can promote the adhesion and proliferation of stem cells. The expression levels of TSG-6, TGF-β and EGF cytokines in adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells were significantly increased.
