The invention discloses a multi-layer cascaded neural network microfluidic chip and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a sensor manufacturing technology. The chip system is composed of a microelectrode array chip used for electrophysiological detection and regulation and a microfluidic chip used for zonal cultivation of neuron networks. The microelectrode array chip includes microelectrodes, counter electrodes and other components; the microfluidic chip includes multiple A cell culture tank, multiple groups of microchannels connecting the culture tanks, and synaptic control chambers.
