titleOfInvention A highly sensitive dual-throughput detection immunochromatographic test strip based on dual excitation orthogonal emission upconversion luminescent nanoparticles
abstract The invention provides a high-sensitivity double-flux detection immunochromatographic test strip based on double-excitation orthogonal emission up-conversion luminescent nanoparticles. The up-conversion luminescent nanoparticle can emit any one wavelength band of red light or green light under the excitation of two different near-infrared light simultaneously, that is, one kind of near-infrared excitation light can excite light of one wavelength band. The sample pad of the double-flux immunochromatographic test strip is arranged in the center of the bottom plate, and the binding pad, the nitrocellulose membrane and the absorbent paper are adhered symmetrically on both sides in sequence. Different from the one-way detection test strip, the two ends of the dual-flux test strip are respectively immobilized with gold particles conjugated with ochratoxin A and DON antibody, and the corresponding T line is immobilized with ochratoxin. A and DON antigen-conjugated upconverting luminescent nanoparticles. The invention can realize high-sensitivity and rapid detection of two detection substances. The method of the invention has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, low detection background value, stable signal and high sensitivity.
