The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis and relates to the preparation of fluorescent probes, in particular to a pyridinium-coumarin derivative fluorescent probe and a preparation method and application thereof. Using 7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-formaldehyde and 4-pyridine acetonitrile hydrochloride as raw materials, using triethylamine as a catalyst, after reflux stirring, suction filtration, and recrystallization to obtain pyridinium-coumarin derivatives fluorescent probes. The pyridinium-coumarin derivative fluorescent probe prepared by the invention can selectively interact with hydrazine under the physiological condition of pure water phase, the solution is purplish red faded, the red fluorescence is weakened, and the green fluorescence is significantly enhanced.
