The present invention only uses three ion exchange chromatography, with few chromatography steps, and the three purification fillers are all pressure-resistant, high flow rate, and high resolution. The purity is as high as more than 99%, the residual amount of host protein is far less than 0.05%, the content of host DNA is less than 0.1ng/15μg, and the content of bacterial endotoxin meets the requirements, which greatly shortens the production time and cost, and is suitable for industrial production. |
