The comprehensive utilization value of sweet tea leaves greatly enhances economic benefits; the purity of sweet tea glycosides, quercetin and ellagic acid prepared by the invention are all higher than 95%, the recovery rate is higher than 90%, and the product color is good; The method provided by the invention has strong operability, low cost, no pollution, is suitable for industrial production, and not only realizes the comprehensive utilization of sweet tea resources, but also solves the problem of environmental pollution of sweet tea tea waste residues after water extraction of sweet tea glycosides. |
