abstract |
An extrusion molding die includes an extrusion port, a plastic flow channel and a temperature adjustment channel. The extrusion port is configured to extrude a plastic composition including at least one plastic. The plastic runner is configured to allow the supplied plastic composition to flow toward the extrusion port. The temperature regulation channel is configured to allow the flow of the temperature regulation medium. The temperature adjustment channel includes three or more temperature adjustment channels arranged around the plastic flow channel. Each of the temperature adjustment channels is disposed at a position within the range of (360°/N)±10% relative to the adjacent temperature adjustment channels in the rotation direction around the extrusion center axis, wherein the number of temperature adjustment channels is N. |
