abstract | The invention discloses an adhesive. The adhesive comprises a water-soluble prepolymer and a metal-polyphenol complex; the water-soluble prepolymer is prepared from derivatives including polycarboxylic acid, polyol, alkali and dopa obtained; the metal-polyphenol complex is a complex in which plant polyphenols and metal ions are coordinated; and the dopa derivative includes at least one of a pyrocatechol derivative and a pyrogallol derivative. The adhesive disclosed in the present invention contains a water-soluble prepolymer and a metal-polyphenol complex. The adhesive has excellent biocompatibility, suitable mechanical strength, tunable degradability, wet adhesion, on-demand disassembly, pH responsiveness, ability to inhibit inflammatory response, anti-oxidation, photothermal antibacterial properties, promoting angiogenesis, promoting the formation of skin accessory devices, and promoting tissue reconstruction, the adhesive can be widely used in wound healing. |
