abstract | The invention discloses the application of mgr-mir-9 in regulating the ability of Poaceae root knot nematodes to infect rice, and the base sequence of the mgr-mir-9 is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The present invention uses the annotated and cloned MgPDI sequence of the Poaceae root-knot nematode to make predictions, screened for the first time the miRNA mgr-mir-9 that may regulate the expression of MgPDI, and verified the interaction between the two; found that mgr-mir-9 The expression pattern of mir-9 is opposite to that of MgPDI. It is speculated that the root-knot nematode may upregulate MgPDI by inhibiting the expression of mgr-mir-9, thereby regulating its infection of rice. The in vitro soaking test further proved that mgr‑mir‑9 can reversely regulate the expression of MgPDI gene, thereby regulating the infection process of nematodes. |
