A method for detecting different analytes is disclosed, the method comprising: mixing different analytes with sensing probes, wherein at least some of the sensing probes are responsive to corresponding ones of the analytes have specificity. These analytes are captured separately by sensing probes specific for the analytes. The fluorophores are individually coupled to sensing probes that capture the corresponding analytes. The sensing probes are mixed with beads, wherein the beads are specific for corresponding ones of the sensing probes, and wherein the beads include different codes identifying those analytes for which the sensing probes are specific. Sensing probes are individually coupled to beads specific for these sensing probes. Beads coupled to analyte-capturing sensing probes are identified using at least fluorescence from fluorophores coupled to these sensing probes. Identify captured analytes. |
