titleOfInvention Hybrid Stents and Stent Retrievers
abstract A stent comprising a hybrid mesh cluster of open cells and closed cells arranged such that the closed cells are connected in a reclosable configuration. The open cells are not connected, and the stent can be unsheathed to enhance flexibility. In one embodiment, the ring of the proximal closure unit is tapered and the stent can be withdrawn by engagement of the push wire assembly.
