abstract |
The present invention discloses a method for detecting the mutated gene, information ribonucleic acid or micro ribonucleic acid in a biological sample in vitro. In particular, it relates to an in vitro method for detecting mutated genes, information RNAs or microRNAs in biological samples using a biochip carrying molecular target lipid complex nanoparticles with base overhangs. Secondly, the method provided by the present invention has very good identification specificity and signal sensitivity for single-point mutation gene molecules, and can be widely used in the detection and judgment of biological samples of early lesions. |
