titleOfInvention | Preparation method for increasing the production of exopolysaccharide of Lactobacillus paracasei JY062 |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for improving the production of extracellular polysaccharides of Lactobacillus paracasei JY062. Step 1 is to determine the available carbon sources for the production of extracellular polysaccharides by Lactobacillus paracasei JY062 from the level of genes and the level of phenotype microbial carbon source utilization; Step 2, optimization of exopolysaccharide preparation process; Step 3, optimization of available carbon sources. The invention adopts an optimized MRS medium with pH 6, mannose, fructose, glucose and galactose as composite carbon sources, and ferments at 34° C. for 24 hours to prepare exopolysaccharides. Experimental verification shows that with the optimized preparation conditions, the yield of exopolysaccharide is increased from 7.70g/L to 13.31g/L, and the yield is increased by 72.85%. |
