The kit provided by the present invention can fully lyse plant tissues (including polysaccharide plant tissues) by adjusting the formula, and under the premise of being safe, non-toxic, efficient, and completely removing genomic DNA, etc. The yield of RNA from plant polysaccharide polyphenol samples enables the obtained RNA to be efficiently used in PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR and other experiments.
