abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a novel rare earth co-doped complex. The novel rare earth co-doped complex is formed by stacking basic structural units, wherein the basic structural unit is a mononuclear rare-earth co-doped complex. , its chemical formula is: [RE(CFC) 4 ]·4H 2 O, wherein RE is a positive trivalent rare earth ion, RE=Tb 3+ , Eu 3+ , and there are 33 Tb 3+ in every 100 rare earth ions and 67 Eu 3+ , CFC is 7-chloro-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid. The novel rare-earth co-doped complex has dual rare-earth center fluorescence emission characteristics under single excitation, and is an efficient self-calibrating fluorescent probe, which can be used as a ratiometric fluorescent probe without the interference of probe concentration and environmental factors. The trace amount of water in the ethanol solvent was detected under low temperature, the detection range was 1.0~8.0‰(v/v), and the minimum detection limit was 0.38‰(v/v). In addition, the preparation method of the invention has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high yield, can be applied to industrial production, and has potential application prospects in the fields of environmental monitoring and life science. |
