abstract The invention discloses a method for synthesizing amide by reducing N-O bond with thioacetic acid. In the method, thioacetic acid is used as a reducing agent. The amide compound of the structure of formula (II) is synthesized; wherein, in formulas (I) and (II), R 1 is selected from cycloethane or substituted aromatic ring, and R 2 is selected from hydrogen, methyl or substituted acyl. The invention solves the problems of high cost of the reducing agent for reducing and breaking the N-O bond, harsh reaction conditions, high temperature and difficulty in obtaining some raw materials. The invention has the advantages of easy reaction, low temperature, environmental protection and energy saving, and has wide application prospect.
