The invention relates to a preparation method of an asymmetric porous TPU/Ag@K 2 Ti 4 O 9 conductive film in the technical field of conductive film preparation. A certain amount of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) to make its mass concentration reach 15% to 25%, then add Ag@K 2 Ti 4 O 9 conductive whiskers with 15% to 25% of the total mass of the above solution, and mix it uniformly to make it into a slurry. Spread the slurry on a glass plate in a dry environment, and after defoaming, transfer it to a temperature of 20-30 °C and a relative humidity of 40-60% RH for 1-3 h. After the placement is completed, the glass plate with the slurry is immersed in water for 1-3 h, and then taken out and air-dried to obtain an asymmetric porous TPU/Ag@K 2 Ti 4 O 9 conductive film. The invention prepares a porous conductive film with a multi-layer structure through a one-step method, and at the same time, because the surface of the whisker is coated with metallic silver, the porous film with a multi-layer structure has excellent conductivity. |
