abstract |
The present invention provides a clinical decision support system for estimating drug-related treatment optimization. The clinical decision support system includes: a computing unit designed to host a plurality of predictive models, the computing unit including an input interface designed to receive input data and an output interface designed to output results; a plurality of different trained predictive models, wherein each model is trained to predict probabilities of treatment options for a number of different drug-related and treatment outcomes for a particular patient group; a selection unit designed to be used according to a predefined selection scheme One of the predictive models is automatically selected based on the input data; wherein the clinical decision support system is designed to generate an output by processing the input data with the selected predictive model. The present invention also describes a forecasting method, a method for manufacturing such a CDS system, and a data processing system. |
